Lofftwen Longhouse launches on Canopy & Stars

After six years of plans and works the recently restored 17th Century Welsh Longhouse, which retains its original medieval footprint, is now ready to welcome guests for the first time. And we’re delighted to have teamed up with Canopy & Stars to do so.

The team came to stay and we even hosted their annual planning strategy meet up, so they got a first hand look at the Longhouse and the farm, even making it to the summit (they sent photos as proof!).

Lofftwen is a remarkable building, brought back to life from its disused state. Much like the site itself which Will and Jane have been lovingly rewilding. Keep your eyes peeled for all the animals and birds that call Lofftwen home. The longhouse is the perfect place to gather with friends and family to have a relaxing time in nature.

Because we are planning for this project to continue long after us, getting it economically sustainable over the next few years is crucial to our ongoing ecological ambitions, and the holiday lets are a major part of this process. So all in all, this feels like another big step for 2022.
